Fill the bag up with vinegar until it is approximately half full. Pull the plastic bag over the clogged shower head until the spray channels on the shower head are submerged into the vinegar. Use electrical tape to tape the plastic bag around the shower head pipe. Be sure that the plastic bag is tightly being held in place with the tape. Leave the shower head submerged in the white vinegar overnight. The next day, remove the tape from the shower head and take away the plastic bag. If you notice that there is still some remaining build-up on the shower-head, use an old toothbrush to scrub it away.
