Have you ever filled your tub, turned on the jets and saw black particles swirling in the tub? That is mold, mildew, bacteria and soap scum. YUCK! These step by step instructions will teach you how to safely clean and disinfect your jetted spa tub. Worked wonders for my tub! Fill your tub with warm or cold water. Make sure to cover all jets and air intakes completely. Turn the jets on high and add the dishwasher detergent. Let it run for a minute or two to completely dissolve. Next add the bleach. Let the tub run on high speed for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain your tub. Refill your tub with new cold water. Make sure you fill it to the same level as in step one. Turn the tub on high speed and let it run for 5 to 10 minutes. This is the rinse cycle! Drain tub and wipe dry!
