Make sure the hose doesn’t retract. Have somebody either hold it or put something heavy on it. People without the pull out heads may skip this step. • Needle-nose pliers Go ahead and find yourself a pair of needle nose pliers. Close them firmly in the little holes (there should be two) on the outer ring of the head. • Give it a counter-clockwise twist, making sure you are holding the head and pliers with a tight grip. After 4-5 full turns, the bottom part should come out. • Get the small parts out as best as possible (don’t worry about the parts remaining in the head) and soak them in vineg
