How Do You Clean A Teddy Bear?

• Fill a sink with hot soapy water. You may want to use one which smells of citrus or lemon so that your teddy will smell nice afterwards. • Dip the bear in the sink, submerging it in the water. • Take a face flannel or towel and gently rub the teddy’s head and polish his eyes. Remember to clean behind the ears, on the ears, on the neck (if your teddy has one,) on the tummy, the back, his legs and his arms. • Empty the sink and fill it again with hot water, but not soap. • Rinse the teddy in the water and wipe it with a clean flannel to make sure that all of the soap is off. • Alternatively you could rinse off the teddy using a shower head if you have one. • Let the teddy dry. Optionally, you could put perfume or cologne on him or her in order to make your teddy smell nice. However, if you used a scented soap, mixing the smells may make it smell worse.
