How Do You Clean An Ostrich Feather Duster?

Ostrich feather dusters come in all shapes and sizes. They are great for dusting because ostrich feathers attract dust like no other feather around. Feather dusters have been used for centuries to keep homes, businesses and other establishments clean and neat. Cleaning ostrich feather dusters is not complicated or difficult; all it takes is a little bit of time, which is probably why these cleaning utensils are growing in popularity. Fill one side of the sink with water and some mild soap. Fill the other side of the sink or bucket with fresh, clean water. Put the ostrich feathers into the soapy water, fully submerged. Twirl the feathers around until most of the dust is off. You will know this because the water will turn a darker color. Switch to the clear water. Repeat the same process in the clear water.
