How Do You Clean Fish Tank Ornaments?
I am new in this topic but I am willing to learn more about how to care about goldfish . My water in the tank is getting green very fast , the water is salted and I follow the concentration . I am thinking that probably water change the colour coz I have on my aquarium some coralline algae and rocks from the reef which I bought from this shop arcreef.com . I am changing weekly about 40% of water and just in a few days it become dirty again . Could you advise me what I can do for keeping my aquarium every time with fresh and clean water.
• Make sure your fish is nowhere near the ornament you are taking out. Otherwise, this will add stress to the fish. • Carefully pull out all the ornaments and lay them on a towel. • Splash warm water on the ornament and scrub it as hard as you can with a sponge. • Put the ornament back on the towel to dry. Put the ornaments back into the tank.
