Your aquarium is 30 liters/just under 8 gallons. It is suitable for no Tetras. The only commonly available fish that should be kept in that size aquarium is a single Betta. Along with the Betta, you could keep a few smaller shrimp, such as Amano, Ghost, or Cherry, and/or a small snail. No other fish though. The cloudiness that you are seeing is a bacteria bloom and is the first stage of the Nitrogen Cycle. The Nitrogen Cycle is a necessary process to establish beneficial bacteria that enable the aquarium to support life. At some point during the cycle, you will get an Ammonia spike. This will kill your fish. (While it is technically possible to cycle the tank with fish, it is unusual that all survive, and in your case, with such a large amount of fish in so small a volume, it’s just about guaranteed that you’ll loose at least most of them.)
