Use a tennis ball and simply try to rub out the scuff mark on the floor. While it seems simple, the tennis ball has the soft surface that you will want so you don’t damage the floor, as well as the hard core that will allow you to apply a lot of pressure. If this doesn’t work, continue on. Wipe the scuff mark with a damp sponge just to get it a little moist. Then use an eraser (like one you would use for pencil) and attempt to “erase” the scuff mark.
