0

You will learn how to easily clean the wooden stairs in residential house without using any heavy machinery and even without harsh chemicals. Wet an old rag or piece of cloth with tap water (don’t soak) to make it light medium moist. Add few drops of hand soap or hair shampoo. Facing the staircase stand on the lower steps so you can work easily with the first step on the very top. With the rag, wipe the step, sweeping dust, debris, crumbles to the step down, just below. Contain the dirt to the smallest area possible. Clean any spots if needed. Climb down 1 or 2 steps as needed and clean the next step below (like in Step #3). Repeat Step #4 until entire staircase will be done and small pile of moist dust and debris will form on the floor below staircase. Carefully contain the dirt pile with the rag pick it up and dispose in the garbage bin. You may repeat this step several times until floor will be totally clean.
