Snow globes are beautiful ornaments that can be used in any room of the house. They can be pretty keepsakes or family heirlooms. Most people like to collect and display their snow globes. Sometimes, though, these adornments become dusty and dirty, even on the inside. If you like to collect snow globes, you may find yourself wondering how to keep them clean. Some snow globes are cleanable, but others are not. Locate the access plug on the bottom of your snow globe. (If there’s no access plug, you cannot clean the inside of your snow globe.) Turn globe upside down, preferably supporting two or all sides. Slowly and carefully, without much pressure, remove the plug and set aside. Turn snow globe right side up and slowly dump out the water. Preserve anything in the water, such as small artifacts that you wish to keep inside the globe.
