Strip 1/2 inch of insulation from the two ends of a piece of speaker wire and twist the individual strands together, keeping the wires on each end separate. Connect the wires to the back of the speakers using the black wire for the black (left) connection and the red wire for the right connection. If your speaker wires are a different color, make sure to be consistent with the connections and don’t cross the wires.
