President Bill Clinton was the 42nd president of the United States of America. He was elected to the presidency in 1992 and served 2 terms. Raised in Hope, Arkansas, he was born William J. Blythe, III. His father was killed in a car crash when he was very young and later took his stepfather, Roger Clinton’s name. After President Clinto left office, he started The William J. Clinton Foundation, in Harlem, NY.
