How Do You Convert Outlook PST To Lotus Notes?
PST (Personal Storage Table) is a file extension used in storing copies of messages, calendar events, and other items in Microsoft programs like Exchange Client, Windows Messaging, and Outlook. NSF is a database format extension which is used by IBM’s Lotus Notes program, the client software generally used with IBM Lotus Domino servers. In order to convert a PST file to Lotus Notes (NSF), a conversion program must be used. Several of these are available online as free trial downloads. Download and install Outlook to Notes Conversion (see Resources). Run the conversion program on the desktop. Click the “Add File” button. Select one or more PST files for conversion. Click “Add.” Click the “Browse” button in the “Destination” field. Select a target destination for the converted NSF file. Click “OK.” Make sure the “File Type:” field is set to “Lotus Notes (*.nsf).” Click the “Convert” button to begin the conversion process.
