How Do You Cook A 1.1Kg Lidl Boneless Turkey Breast Roast?

I am a former chef from Canada and have cooked them when in the UK at my friends bistro in Liverpool, like a bone in turkey or turkey parts, if frozen/fresh you need to cook it in a covered baking tin, with a lid or aluminium paper, season to your liking and set the oven to 175 C or Gas mark 4 and brown it for 20-30 minutes and then reduced the heat to 165 C or Gas mark 3 for the remaining time, it should roast 20 minutes per pound thawed but 25-30 minute in a frozen state, so look at 60-90 minute for a fresh one and 90-120 minute for frozen, check by inserting a knife or skewer, see if the juices run clear, use both temperature levels for fresh or frozen, add a bit of water to create steam and juices for a pan gravy when finish, even a bit of chicken broth tinned or cubes dissolved in boiling water ahead of time. My friend in Liverpool use them on his lunch menu for sandwiches and a U.S toast dish I taught him, slice for dinner and refrigerate the leftover, they will keep for 3-5 days
