How Do You Cook A Microwave Baked Potato?
When microwaves first arrived on the scene, they were touted for three things: warming up coffee, microwave popcorn, and fixing a MICROWAVE BAKED POTATO! Up until that point, to enjoy a nutritious baked potato, one had to plan ahead to bake in the oven for at least an hour, if you had remembered to buy aluminum foil. But, many people are yet to be able to cook a satisfactory microwave baked potato. They are eating a dried, hard, nuked substitute! I will show you how to cook a perfect microwave baked potato in a way that’t good for the environment. I will also give you some tips on how to present a baked potato. Wash the potatoes, and pierce with a knife once or twice all the way through. Place in the microwave on a paper towel, or like I do, on a coffee filter or two. Filters do not stick to the potato.
