Chicken parmigiana is a delicious Italian meal that is very simple to prepare. If you are having guests over for dinner, this meal with cooked pasta, French bread, salad and a good bottle of wine is sure to be a winner. Make homemade marinara or heat up store-bought in a saucepan. Mix breadcrumbs, pepper, salt and garlic powder to taste in a shallow dish.
