How do you cook Cornish game hens on the rotisserie?

Cornish game hens are wonderful cooked in a Rotisserie. Start off seasoning with some olive oil and spices that you prefer. I use poultry seasoning, garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice. Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes on 350 degrees until juices run clear or internal temp reaches 165-170.

Wash Cornish Hen with cold water and pat dry.

Mix seasonings together (For ex: garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, paprika, basil, oregano) and rub all over the hen. Make sure it’s coated well.

Slide hens onto rod and secure legs and wings with cotton string.

Set on 350 or medium setting.

Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes or until internal temp is 170.
