This is a recipe that will knock your socks off. I was online looking for chicken recipes because I was tired of the same old chicken all the time. I found a recipe that looked really good but, saw that I could change it to fit my likes. I made this dish and my whole family loves it. It is totally complete with rice and a nice salad. First make sure the chicken is only about 1/2 to 1 inch thick. Pound it down a little with a meat mallet if it isn’t. Next marinate the chicken in the lemon juice for 20 minutes. Make sure you turn it over after 10 minutes to ensure both sides of chicken gets marinated. Next, take chicken out and set it on a plate to season it. Season the chicken with the ground pepper, sea salt, and dill weed. Then melt butter over high heat in fry pan and add the garlic cloves to the butter.
