  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil yams until slightly underdone, strain and cool.
