How Do You Create A Floral Wall Sconce?
A beautiful wall sconce can enhance any room. Creating or making a floral wall sconce is a rewarding job and can be fun for the entire family. Adding your own personal touch to a room is priceless and you can do it inexpensively with homemade floral wall sconces. Cut four pieces of wood approximately 1 inch in width and 4 inches in length. Cut circles into the center of two pieces of the wood. Attach the circle piece of wood with a non-circle piece, forming an L-shaped figure. Use screws and wood glue. Attach the other two pieces. Paint the wood and floral cone or vase, allow them to dry. After they are dry, set the floral cone inside one sconce frame and place it along the wall to ensure that the sconce is the correct height. If you are using artificial flowers, fill the cone with foam and arrange flowers. Then hang the sconce on the wall using screws and place the floral cone inside the hole. When you are using a live floral arrangement, use either a vase or jar to hold the flowers.
