A jigsaw puzzle can be an interesting component in a PowerPoint presentation. While PowerPoint offers a gallery of shapes and clip art, puzzle pieces can be created in programs like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Enhance the visual effect of the puzzle through animation or inserting a photo. Launch a new PowerPoint presentation and click a blank slide. Select “Picture” under “Insert” in the top menu bar and select “Autoshapes” to open a tool bar. Click the icon for “More Autoshapes” and scroll through the gallery until you see a four-part jigsaw puzzle. Select the jigsaw puzzle to place it on the slide.
