Organizers and appointment books are expensive and often full of excess materials that you simply do not need in a calendar book. Instead of buying a new calendar each year, use a computer and printer to make weekly calendars with all of your appointments neatly scheduled. Use page tabs or different colors of paper to separate the calendars week-to-week or month-to-month. Open the Microsoft Works calendar program by clicking on “Start,” “All Programs” and then “Microsoft Works.” Select “Microsoft Calendar” from the options available. Click on “Week” from the menu bar at the top of the page. This will display a blank weekly calendar. Double-click on the date to add appointments.
