How Do You Create Building Blocks Using Recycled Boxes?

Do you have tons of boxes that you throw away on a daily, weekly or monthly basis? Are you always looking for something new to do with your child? Here is a way to recycle boxes and keep your child entertained at the same time. So start saving your boxes, and get out your paint brush and let's be creative! Collect boxes of all sizes. Make sure boxes are clean and sturdy. Tape the boxes shut with duct tape. If needed, cut out windows or doors in the boxes. Paint the boxes white. This will be a perfect foundation to start your creativity. Decorate the box with your child. Be creative. You can use paint, markers, paper or crayons...anything you can think of! Use the boxes to make a fort, a space ship...or even a house! A left over paper towel holder makes a great telescope! The possibilities are endless! Have fun and be creative.  more
