The best way for you to crush ice to get that same texture is to crush the ice in a blender. In order to do that, you need some liquid to get the blender going. Since you’re making snow cone, blend the ice with a little water and then scoop out the ice with a strainer to drain the excess water. Fruit punch would work well too!
