The queen palm tree is native to Brazil and Argentina, but can be grown in the warmest parts of the United States. It is the most popular tree in Florida, with its stately single trunk and large leaves creating a weeping canopy on top. It can grow up to 50 feet tall and span 20 feet wide. Cultivating the seeds and creating an environment for them to grow successfully takes a good amount of dedication. With some knowledge on the queen palm, you can successfully grow it from seed. Soak the seeds in water for about seven days. Replace the water each day. Fill a pot with holes in the bottom with a potting soil. Plant the seed about two centimeters into the soil.
