Here is a very simple way to make your peach fruit tarts look great for a quiet meal at home or for a social event with others. Clean your moderately ripe peaches. Make sure there are none with large bruises or any other prominent blemishes. A fruit and vegetable spray can be used to clean them if desired. Slice each peach straight down the middle to the pit.
