How Do You Deal With Noisy Neighbors?
Everyone has had at least one, a bad neighbor. Here are some tips on how to deal with a noisy neighbor. Try to assess if the neighbor noise is really unreasonable. If the noisy neighbor is working on his/her car in the middle of the day then that is not unreasonable. However, if your neighbor is working on his/her car at 3:00am and reving it up to check the engine and playing the radio than that is unreasonable. If you are comfortable with the idea, you can approach your neighbor about the noise level coming from their home. Be sure to approach them not long after the most recent noise issue and mention that specific issue and how it affected you and or your family. If you are not comfortable with confronting the neighbor, or if you feel you are too angry about the noise, contact the local police.
