Decorating a bedroom that’s used by a boy and a girl is typically trickier than a bedroom shared by children of the same gender. This is because boys and girls generally have very different needs and wants when it comes to their bedroom decor. Finding a common element, theme or color scheme can make this process smoother, whether the room is shared by a boy and girl or it’s an extra room at Grandma’s house for all of the grandchildren when they visit.
