Seashells are one of Mother Nature’s loveliest gifts. For people lucky enough to live near the coast, sea shells are easy to find. If you don’t live near the beach, don’t despair, sea shells can be purchased at craft stores at reasonable prices and they offer many decorating possibilities from picture frames to Christmas ornaments. Glue small seashells to an inexpensive wooden picture frame using hot glue. Place a photo of you and your friends or family at the beach inside as a reminder of sunnier days. Fill an empty canning jar with an assortment of seashells, starfish and sand dollars. Group three or four jars together for a new take on country decorating.
