Follow these tips to turn your old t-shirts into sexy new clothes. Make a halter top. First, cut off the t-shirt sleeves. Re-size the width if necessary. Next, cut a line straight across the back, from armpit to armpit. Lastly, cut a line straight up from the middle of the back to the neck. Trim the neck and ties as necessary. Make a peek-a-boo top.
