Learn how to make it appear that you are lighting the same match twice. Prepare for the trick beforehand. Using the knife, scrape off some of the wooden match beneath the match head, about a quarter to halfway down the match. Be careful not to damage the head of the match. Color the shaved part of the match and the match head with the black marker. It should closely resemble an already burnt match.
