Summer is here and this year we again bought our daughter one of those hard plastic kiddie pools. We brought it home, filled it up and a week later needed to empty it and refill it with clean water. I dreaded trying to lift it up or bail out the water to only still have to lift it to completely drain it of the water. Sitting here i thought of a way to almost completely empty these hard plastic pools with little to no physical, back breaking effort. Obtain a piece of old garden hose that is approximately 5 to 10 feet long, if you have a 25 foot old hose it can be cut to the size you need using a sharp knife, if you don’t have an old hose ask a neighbor they maybe more than happy to give their old garden hose to you OR you can buy one at any local garden/hardware/or super store.
