Drawing can be a lot of fun, and can be useful in many ways. It calms the mind, can be very therapeutic and can give one a sense of accomplishment and pride. You can also use drawing to make one-of-a-kind decorations or show pieces. One great example of a thing to draw is a gingerbread man. Place your paper squarely in front of you and choose the drawing utensil you would like to use to draw the gingerbread man. Draw a circle to form the shape of the head about two-thirds of the way up the page. The size of the circle will depend on how large you would like the character’s head. Remember to leave room to make the body proportionate in size to give the gingerbread man a more realistic look. Add the gingerbread man’s body in a basic star-like shape. Again make sure that all limbs and the body itself are proportionate.
