How Do You Draw GIR From Invader Zim?
GIR is a cute and cuddly robot from the TV show “Invader Zim.” GIR is assembled from random scrap metal, but he’s pretty easy to draw. He can be drawn either as a robot or in his favorite earth disguise, a green-zippered dog suit. Draw a large “U” for GIR’s head. Cap the “U” with a line curved slightly upward to add depth to the head canister. Draw a smaller-capped “U” just below, but not touching, the head. This is GIR’s body. Connect the body and head with 2 short lines for the neck. Draw 2 upside-down “V”s below, but again not touching, the body. Draw lines that are slightly curved downward below the “V”s to cap the legs and make them appear conical. Draw 2 circles behind the top corners of the body for shoulders. Erase any overlapping lines. Add two narrow “V”s tapering off of the shoulders for arms. Add smaller circles at the tips of the “V”s for wrists and 2 small triangles with 1 corner attached to the wrists as hands.
