How Do You Dress For Cross Country Skiing?
Just as in any sport, having the proper equipment is essential to making the most of your cross country skiing. Part of that equipment is warm and functional clothing. Layer up. As with downhill skiing or any winter outdoor activity, the key to staying comfortable and warm is by dressing in layers.
