Some things you can eat on the pureed diet include no sugar added applesauce, mashed potatoes, cream of wheat, oatmeal (but check with your doctor first, because some docs advise against eating oatmeal so soon because it can be kind of rough in texture), yogurt, low fat ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, refried beans, sugar free pudding, and actual baby food. If you are going to eat baby food, avoid the dessert dishes because those tend to be quite high in sugar. You can also puree just about anything you like.
