Have the screen open that you want to copy. Hold down the following keys in this order. 1. Ctrl – Print Screen: Then Release 2. Ctrl – “C”: Then Release Go to a blank word document and hold down the following keys Ctrl – “V”: Then Release Your Print Screen image should appear Click on the image to select it. The Picture toolbar should appear. If the picture toolbar does not appear go to View – Toolbars – Picture and the toolbar should appear Select the Crop Tool as shown above by clicking on it.
