Editing in Excell or any program can be tricky! Follow these simple steps and you will be able to edit any print screen for Excell! Make sure to have Excel and Word both open. Have the screen open that you want to copy. Hold down the following keys in this order. 1. Ctrl – Print Screen: Then Release 2. Ctrl – “C”: Then Release Go to a blank word document and hold down the following keys Ctrl – “V”: Then Release Your Print Screen image should appear Click on the image to select it. The Picture toolbar should appear. If the picture toolbar does not appear go to View – Toolbars – Picture and the toolbar should appear Select the Crop Tool as shown above by clicking on it.
