How Do You Entertain Teens At A Movie Night Theme Party?
Gone are the days when party games meant Simon Says or Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Now your child is a teenager and coming up with party games for teens is a little more challenging. Movie Night parties are great because it’s a grown-up theme you can adapt activities that will please boys and girls alike. Write the name of famous movie celebrities on pieces of paper and tape one on the back of each person as they arrive. Then for the first half of the night have everyone go round the room asking yes or no questions to try to guess the name of the person on their back. At the end of the activity have an emcee give out best actor or actress awards by saying what famous movie is winning the award. For example, if one of the guests is Johnny Depp they would give the award to Pirates of the Caribbean. If the person with Johnny Depp on his back doesn’t know it’s him, shout out clues until he figures it out. Hold a video scavenger hunt by asking some of your guests to bring a digital camera.
