Having an office building cleaned is something that needs to be done regularly so that the work environment can stay clean and organized. Many pieces of office equipment such as shredders, fax machines and copiers can generate extra dust and debris that need to be cleaned weekly if not daily. Most large offices with employees of 25 or more not only need their offices cleaned they may also need garbage emptied and paper products replaced on a regular basis. Measure out the square footage for the area that will need to be cleaned with measuring tape. This can be done by writing down the measurements of the length and width of the room. Multiply length times width to determine the square footage amount. For special shaped areas such as triangle shaped—multiply the bottom by the height and then divide that amount by two.
