DETROIT – Comerica Inc. said Tuesday it plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to Dallas, where the banking company said it will have improved accessibility to its markets. The relocation, expected to occur by the end of the third quarter of 2007, will affect about 200 workers in Michigan and “certain corporate support functions in the next three years, including some open positions,” spokesman Wayne Mielke said.
