Being a medical information professional for the past 26 years I’ve had to contact journal publishers or individual journals on many an occasion for various reasons. This is not a difficult process…you just need to know where to look for the contact information. Different publications will ‘call’ it different things. There are three ways you can approach this: You can go directly to the journal’s homepage (if you have the URL). If you don’t have the URL you can ‘Google’ it(please see graphic).
