Being a medical information professional for the past 26 years I’ve had to contact journal publishers or individual journals on many an occasion for various reasons. This is not a difficult process…you just need to know where to look for the contact information. Different publications will ‘call’ it different things. There are three ways you can approach this: You can go directly to the journal’s homepage (if you have the URL). If you don’t have the URL you can ‘Google’ it(please see graphic). If you know who publishes the journal you can go to the publisher’s home page and search for the journal title (the method that may take the longest).
