How Do You Fill A Masterbuilt Smoker?
Masterbuilt manufactures a line of charcoal smokers for cooking meats outdoors. The vertical units produce maximum smoke with a small footprint on the patio or back deck. Adding wood chips soaked in water will produce mouth-watering flavors and a tantalizing aroma in smoked meats. Filling a Masterbuilt Smoker with charcoal, woodchips, and water or marinade only takes a few minutes but must be done in the correct sequence. Remove the lid and upper body with cooking grids from the Masterrbuilt base pan by lifting straight up. Remove the water pan and set aside. Place charcoal in the firebox inside the base pan and light a fire. Place drained wood chips on the fire when the coals turn white ash. Place the water bowl on top of the firebox and fill the bowl with water or marinade. Place the grill rack over the water bowl and add meat for smoking. Set the dome cover over the smoker and adjust the top vents to circulate smoke. Add more wood chips through the door on the front side of the smok
