• Wash the fish with water under the tap • Cut the fish you will need a sharp fillet knife. If you don’t have one, find the sharpest knife you have. • Start to cut at the bottom hole located on the stomach by the tail. Cut all the way up to the gills. • When the stomach is open you will see intestines. You will have to clean everything including the bones. When taking the bones out, you can use your hands to remove them, but make sure the intestines and the bones are removed. • Remove the head. You will now look for the gills and placing your knife closest to the head and start cutting. • When removing the tail, you will need to start cutting 1 inch above the tail. • Double check for any bones or intestines. • Start where you have cut the tail when you are ready to remove the skin, so when you slowly remove the skin all the way to the front where you have cut the head of the fish. It should peel really nice but you need to make sure that you peel everything or else you will be picking
