How Do You Find The Partial Pressure Of A Gas Using A Gas Burette?

I am not sure what the question is, but if I understand this correctly, you need to find the partial pressure of oxygen collected. To get the partial pressure of oxygen in the gas burette, subtract vapor pressure of water (measured at the same temperature as the surroundings or the temperature of water through which the gas is bubbled into the collection tube) from the atmospheric pressure in the room. You can look up the vapor pressure of water in a table (see the links below). The atmospheric pressure can be measured with a barometer which should (hopefully) be available in the lab. I hope that helps.
