How Do You Finish & Serve Chile Rellenos?
“We’re going to cook today a very typical Mexican which is called chile rellenos. Then we put the filled paprika, we can also use toothpicks for it then it’s easier for us to handle the paprika. Then our oil is ready, we’re going to put the filled paprika in it and both sides we put and roll it all together with this pastry and put it in a hot oil very fast. The fire should not be too high so we put it in a slow position. Now we’re going to do the other paprika. We also roll it in this pastry and put it in the hot oil. It’s approximately taking 1 1/2 minutes until the stuffed paprika is ready it should not take a long time and you should be careful that it’s not burning.
