I know everyone has their favorite pot roast recipe, okay, almost everyone. This is a smaller version meant to serve 1 or 2 people. This would be good for people who live alone, or a couple. This recipe originally came from “Taste of Home’s Cooking for 1 or 2”, and it has been a favorite of mine for a long time. Hope you will enjoy it as well.
