Stick the flathead screwdriver between the rim and the inner tire lip. Pry the inner tire edge over the outside of the rim. Flip the tire over and push the tire off the rim completely. Run your hand gently and slowly along the inside of the tire. Feel for for a nail or sharp object. Once you feel it, look on the outside of the tire to locate where the nail or object made the hole.
