How Do You Fix YUMMY Delicious Baked Pork Chops?
My uncle had introduced these YUMMY delicious baked pork chops to me a few years ago. At first I didn’t think I would like it because one part of the ingredients contained mushrooms, (I m not a big fan of mushrooms) but once I tried them I just knew I had to have the recipe and now I fix this for my family. My kids love them and often request them for dinner. So, now I would like to share this and hopefully you will find them as tasty as my family does. Step 1 Take about 4-5 pork chops and place in medium sized baking dish. Step 2 Add 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup. Step 3 Sprinkle salt and pepper all over. Step 4 Sprinkle on meat tenderizer, onion powder (or sliced onion) and garlic powder. Step 5 Add 2-3 tbs. butter. Step 6 Cover with aluminum foil and bake slowly on 250 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours.
