Fold the piece of paper in half lengthwise. Fold the paper one more time in half lengthwise. With the open edges of the paper facing away from you fold the small edges together forming a rectangle half the length. This creates a crease that can be used to make sure the heart shape stays even. Open the piece of paper back up showing crease in the middle.
