How Do You Fry A Pork Chop?
Pork chops are great for a family meal or when entertaining guests. This recipe will show you how to fry pork chops and give inspiration to personalize the dish. • Buy some pork chops, preferably of reasonable quality. Chop some garlic. • Put some butter or margarine (never oil) in the pan and heat it at minimum heat. • Put the chop in the pan and put pepper and salt on it. • After 3 or 4 minutes, turn it over and put pepper and salt and a bit of parsley on the chop. • After a further 3 or 4 minutes, turn the chop again and put some paprika (powdered or fresh) on the chop. • Wait 3 or 4 minutes turn the chop and put some paprika on the chop and add half of the garlic to the pan. • After another 3 or 4 minutes, turn the chop, add some paprika and add the rest of the garlic to the pan. • Repeats steps with the rest of the pork chops. • Cool 3 or 4 minutes.
